One of the most focused parts of our landscaping process is the design step. Before we move forward with anything, it is imperative that the design has been approved and understood by both our team and our customers. To do this, our design process is broken up into 6 steps. We offer 2D and 3D CAD designs to show our clients exactly how their landscaping project will look at the very end.

To fully encompass what the finishing stages of your project will look like, we create CAD 2D designs through the Dynascape software. CAD stands for computer-aided design. These designs allow us to incorporate both the hardscape and softscape features on your property to give you the most realistic view of the finished project. CADs take the guesswork out of our design process, leaving as little room for error as possible. We always want to be sure that both our crew and our customers are always on the same page, and these designs play a large part in streamlining communication between the two parties.
We also offer CAD 3D designs upon request for larger projects.
Our landscape design process is only a small part of the overall project process. However, this “small” part is spread out into 6 separate sections to ensure that everything is done correctly and everyone is on the same page before our crew gets started on preparation and installation. This is when we begin to get to know our clients and their landscape needs. Here, our designers get a general idea of what the project will entail and how large of a project it will be.
Step 1.This questionnaire gives us more information about your project and allows us to get a better feel of what exactly it is that you will be needing throughout your landscape project.
Step 2.We will meet you at your home or business to scope out the land and talk to you more about exactly what you are envisioning for your landscape. This step leaves little room for miscommunication because both parties are able to point to exactly what is being talked about. At this time, our experts will offer recommendations using our experience and education. We will all leave this meeting with a plan on how to execute your landscape project.
Step 3.Our crew comes back to the office and creates the computer-aided design. These designs will outline exactly what the project will look like when it is completed and can be adjusted and edited to perfection.
Step 4.We can either meet at the office or back at your site to talk about the design and make any necessary changes to it.
Step 5.After everything has been approved and both parties are on the same page, we can finally move forward with the project and begin the land preparation.
Step 6.We take our landscape design process very seriously because this is the part of the project where things can easily get miscommunicated.
