Curbside leaf pickup

Rake your leaves to the road.
We’ll take it from there.

Our vacuum truck picks up the loose leaves you’ve gathered at the road. No bags and no hauling.

Check pickup availability

Visit signup to check current season availability and whether your address is in our pickup area.

For standard residential properties. Curbside pickup covers collection of leaves you’ve already raked. Commercial properties, condominium associations, apartment communities, municipal properties, and unusually large residential pickups are quoted separately. Call our office for a quote.

How it works

Your pickup in three steps

When signups are open, book the pickup windows that work for you online.

  1. Step 1

    Check your address

Enter your address in signup to confirm that your property is inside our leaf pickup service area.

  2. Step 2

    Choose your pickup

Select an available pickup window. You can book more than one. Pay online or choose check or cash, following the instructions shown during signup.

  3. Step 3

    Rake to the road

Have your leaves ready by 8:00 AM on the first day of each selected pickup window. We’ll collect them any time during that window.

Getting ready

Give our truck a clear reach

Place loose leaves at the edge of the roadway where our vacuum truck can reach them directly. Several larger piles work best.

Ready by 8:00 AM

On the first day of your selected pickup window.

  • Clear space around pilesKeep piles clear of trees, mailboxes, utility poles, signs, parked cars, and landscaping.
  • Garden cutbacks are finePerennial cutbacks and light garden debris can go in with the leaves.
  • Not by the drivewayDon’t place leaves along or at the back of a driveway. Our truck stays on the public road and won’t drive onto driveways or lawns.

Before you book

Good to know

Current windows, availability, payment instructions, and the full pickup terms are shown during signup.

When will my leaves be picked up?

Choose a Monday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Friday pickup window when available. For Monday–Wednesday, have your leaves ready by 8:00 AM Monday. For Wednesday–Friday, have them ready by 8:00 AM Wednesday. Pickup can happen any time during your selected window; we can’t promise a specific day or arrival time. Check signup for currently available windows.

Can I book by phone?

Yes. Book online, or call our office at (616) 293-0361.

What if my window is full?

Once a window is full, or our crew has started that route, choose the next available window.

Can I book another pickup?

Yes. You can select more than one available pickup window during signup. Each window is booked as its own pickup. Leaves added after we’ve serviced your property need a separate pickup, at an additional charge.

Piles or one long row?

Several larger piles work best. A continuous row along the road also works, as long as our truck can reach it from the road.

What if some leaves are out of reach?

Our truck stays on the road. Leaves behind an obstruction or out of the truck’s reach stay on your property.

What if my pile can’t be serviced?

We may refuse a pickup if the piles are unsafe, out of reach, or mixed with prohibited debris. If service is refused before anything is collected, you receive a full refund. Review the full terms during signup.

What if I’m outside the pickup area?

Signup checks your address first. If an order outside the area gets through, we may cancel it and refund it in full.

What if snow prevents pickup?

We don’t pick up when there’s more than an inch of snow on the ground. A paid pickup that snow prevents moves to the next available pickup date.

Less hauling. A cleaner curb.
